We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or private events. Note that weekends (Sat/Sun) fill up quickly for us!
If your group size drops, please call and let us know (503-946-8450). Cancellation charges may apply if notice is not given in advance.
Our group cancellation policy for parties of 4 or more:
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur the full cost of service, charged to the card on file.
Absolutely! Each guest can choose the treatment that best suits them. We’ll help coordinate timing so your group flows smoothly.
You’re welcome to bring additional snacks or non-alcoholic beverages. Outside alcohol is not permitted due to OLCC regulations.
Plan on staying about 2 to 3 hours, depending on your group size and services. We’ll provide a custom schedule when you book.
For group bookings of 3 or more, please us our booking link or call directly, as we may not show availability online due to therapists’ schedules.

Your group will be together before, in between, and after treatments in our communal space. In our Portland spa, our wine baths are generally 1 person per tub for privacy, but we can accommodate 2 people in one tub if requested. Otherwise, massage and facials are done in private rooms.
In Dundee, our vinotherapy soaks are done in our zero gravity lounge, with chairs next to each other.
Gourmet cheeses, cured meats, fruit, preserves, and crackers, all beautifully arranged just for you.

Bottles of wine or champagne available at The Wine Spa for purchase. We’re unable to allow outside alcohol in our facility, sorry!
Final selections must be confirmed with The Wine Spa one week before event.
